Harney & Sons Matcha Senjunomukashi
What makes Harney & Son’s matcha unique is that they use finely milled, high-quality, tencha leaves grown in Uji, Japan. They use a process of shade growing that increases the amount of L-Theanine which increases the amount of L-Theanine in the leaves. The taste, color, smell, and quality of this matcha is incredible.
