Ordering: If you have never explored the Sakara Life Website I invite you to! It is such a delight and I enjoy the details, insight, and colorful imagery on every page. Selecting my meal plan, choosing the perfect start date, and ordering were all a breeze.
Delivery Process: I was a little bit worried about the delivery process, as I would have hated something to happen to the food quality in the process. I was so impressed by the process Sakara had in place. The day before your meal plan is delivered you get a text from the Sakara delivery service confirming your time and double-checking delivery instructions. So helpful!
Unboxing:
From the moment I opened my beautifully packaged Sakara box, I knew this was going to be more than just a meal plan – it was a self-care adventure. The attention to detail, from the vibrant colors to the eco-friendly packaging, immediately set the tone for the nourishing days ahead. Sakara Life Meal Plan Review, Meals Breakdown:
Let’s dive into the star of the show: the meals themselves. Each dish was an interesting combination of flavors, textures, and nutrients that left me satisfied and inspired. What stands out about the Sakara Life Meal Plan is its emphasis on conscious eating. Beyond mere sustenance, it encourages a mindful exploration of how food affects our bodies and well-being. The meals serve as a reminder of the potential impact that well-balanced nutrition and thoughtful intention can have on our energy levels and digestion.
I was not doing the Sakara Life Meal Plan as a weight loss regimen or strict cleanse. My purpose was total body nourishment and to try something new. I did allow myself snacks and additions to the meal plan as needed. Regardless of my flexibility, I did not need much in addition to the meals themselves! My Favorite Meals From Sakara:
I loved every meal I tried from the Sakara Nutrition Program, but there were a few standouts. My personal favorite Sakara Life recipes are listed below.
- Breakfast: Cherry Tea Cake. This has the best texture and was so filling. I personally love a warm breakfast so I microwaved it for 15 seconds. It came with a plum and a unique stone fruit jam to spread on top of the cake. Absolutely delicious.
- Lunch: Sakara Earth Bowl. Loved the presentation of this salad bowl. The dressing was so delicious I could have drank it!
- Dinner: Red Pepper Curry. This was my #1 favorite meal from the entire program! The red pepper curry was so flavorful and grounding and paired so well with the purple sticky rice. I felt amazing after this particular meal!

The Sakara Meal Plan was a wonderful experience for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this program and would purchase it again.
