1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro Stems removed and lightly chopped.
1TSPSalt Or To Taste.
1/2 TSP Turmeric PowderOr To taste.

1/2 TSP Ground Coriander Or To taste.

1 1/2TBSPOlive Oil
1/2LemonThe juice of half a lemon.
Instructions
In a food processor combine the onion and garlic cloves. Process until smooth.
Remove this onion and garlic mixture from the food processor. Using a strainer or cheese cloth, press out as much liquid from this mixture as possible. Discard the liquid and add the processed onion and garlic to your large mixing bowl.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients.
Combine this mixture well and then begin to form patties.
In a large frying pan bring 1 TBSP olive oil to medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for approx. 5-6 minutes on each side (or until chicken is fully cooked and the outside is golden brown).
