Vegan Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding And Yogurt Parfaits
These chocolate chia seed pudding and yogurt parfaits are the easiest and most beautiful make ahead vegan breakfast out there!

- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup Optional, for sweetness and can sub honey or monk fruit.
- 1 1/2 cup plant based yogurt of choice I recomend vanilla flavor
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries Feel free to use fresh berries of your choice.
- 1/2 cup granola Optional topping
In a blender, combine nut milk, chia seeds, cocao powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth to make the chocolate chia seed pudding.
Assemble 3 mason jars. Fill each with 1/3 of the chocolate chia seed pudding.
Over top of the chia seed pudding, add a layer of frozen berries.
Over the top of the berries, add a layer of plant based yogurt.
Top with one more layer of frozen berries and garnish with granola (optional).
Close the lid of each mason jar. Refridgerate over night and enjoy for the next three days!
